  • Post successful receipt of payment, offer processing shall start and approval SMS will be shared on your registered mobile number.
  • As per terms of the offer, all claimed benefit/s shall be emailed to your registered Email ID within 30-40 days from the date of payment receipt.
  • Customer who does not complete registration process by paying enrolment fee of INR 3999/- shall be cancelled in the system, and communicated through EMAIL, and no further communication shall be entertained in this regard.

  • In Case customer purchased a notebook on 6 or 12 or 24 months EMI, but discount applicability not showing on HP Upgrade program website, there could be a possibility of Customer trying to register within 72 hours purchased the notebook from a store other than valid counter/city
  • At the time of registration you will be asked, If you have purchased your notebook on Credit card EMI, post that you need to enter your notebook Serial number, once you enter all the details of your notebook the 3 years upgrade program offer fee will be displayed
  • For the customers who have purchased HP Laptops under the 6 or 12 months or 24 months EMI scheme, they would have to wait for 72 hours to make their registration. In case you register before 72 hours, you will not be redirected to the payment gateway but will get a thank you mail and will get the payment gateway link in the 72 hours.
