Important points to remember while registering for the program:

  • During online registration for the offer, contact person's name should be same as written on the copy of purchase invoice.
  • Registration under the HP Upgrade Program is necessary to avail HP Care Coverage.
  • Customer need to check all the details and click on submit button.
  • During upload of the documents, kindly ensure that all documents are clearly visible and file size should not be more than 2 MB.
  • Please make sure you are registering within 30 days from the date of Notebook purchased.
  • At the time of registration, kindly keep a scanned copy of the following documents:
    • A copy of purchase invoice,
    • A barcoded notebook serial number sticker (same can be taken from cardboard packaging of notebook packaging).
  • During the registration process, you will be asked to re-confirm your email ID and validate your mobile number through OTP process, so you are requested to complete this process to proceed further. Re-confirmation of email ID and Mobile number is a mandatory step to ensure that all important communications related to the offer and all your offer benefits reach to you directly.
  • You will be asked to select the State and dealer name, valid SKU at the time of registration.
  • Within next 72 hours of the registration, you will receive an email with preliminary approval of your Order id. If your details are in order, you will be advised to visit payment http://www.hpupgradeprogram.com and click on check my status to make the payment to complete the registration process.
  • Customer needs to pay INR 3999 as enrolment fee for HP Pavilion x360 Laptops /HP Pavilion Laptops/HP 14/15 Laptops and INR 14999 as enrollment fee for All Omen/Spectre/Envy series to be a part of HP Upgrade Program.
  • Payment option shall be opened for 10 days from the date of preliminary approval email.
  • Post successful receipt of payment, offer processing shall start and approval SMS will be shared on your registered mobile number.
  • As per terms of the offer, all claimed benefit/s shall be emailed to your registered Email ID within 30-40 days from the date of payment receipt.
  • Customer who does not complete registration process by paying enrolment fee of INR 3999/- or INR 14999/- for the respective SKU series shall be stand as cancelled in the system, and communicated through EMAIL, and no further communication shall be entertained in this regard.
